Tic-Tac-Foe — Delete your account and data

This page explains how to request deletion of your Tic-Tac-Foe account (published by Rogue01x01) and the data associated with it.

How to request deletion

Send an email to cicsales2022@gmail.com.
Use the subject line “Delete my Tic-Tac-Foe account”.
In the message, include your Play Games gamer tag (the name shown on the Tic-Tac-Foe leaderboard) so we can find the right account. You do not need to email from any particular address.

We confirm every request by reply. Deletion is completed within 30 days, and the data is removed from backups within a further 90 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes, from our servers:

Your account record — the Google Play Games player identifier and gamer tag we stored.
Your gameplay stats — Elo rating, wins, games played, the “Luck” statistic, and win-streak counter.
Your unlocked achievements and your favourite-emoji choices.
Your entitlement records — which in-app items you owned, and the Google Play order IDs / purchase tokens we stored to verify them.
Internal counters used for achievements (distinct opponents beaten, distinct days played).
Match-history rows in which you were a participant are deleted or anonymised.
Any bug reports you submitted through the in-app “Report a Bug” button.

What is kept, and by whom

Google Play purchase records. Google retains its own record of any purchases you made, independently of us, under Google’s Privacy Policy and applicable tax/accounting law. We cannot delete those.
Your Google Play Games profile (gamer tag, achievements shown in the Play Games app, friends) is managed by Google, not by us. Manage or delete it in the Google Play Games app or your Google account settings.
We keep no other copy of your data — no name, email, phone number, location, or IP address is ever collected (see the Privacy Policy).

Deleting data without deleting your account

Tic-Tac-Foe stores only the minimal data listed above, all of which is tied to your account, so there is no separate “delete some data” option — a deletion request removes the account and everything with it. Bug-report data is additionally deleted automatically at the end of each test period.
